40 years after graduation from high school, the sister of Peter’s high school best friend contracted this house for herself on a gently sloping lot overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course at Bodega Bay with the Pacific Ocean beyond. The house is designed to allow her to pursue her passion for horticulture, both in the landscaping around her house and in the inner court yards the design created, and to entertain guests in the open kitchen and living/dining room overlooking the expansive view.
